Your professionalism, kindness, and attention to every detail made the trip truly special. Whether it was navigating beautiful islands/spots, educating us about “sailing and sea life” or just conversations and laughing, we appreciate all the effort you put into making our vacation memorable.

Captain, your professionalism, knowledge, and calm presence (even when the “sea scooter” plummeted) allowed us to relax and enjoy every moment on the water. The beautiful destinations, smooth journeys (thank you for always seeking calm waters), and attention to every detail on and off the boat made our experience truly exceptional.

Maria, as a chef, your creativity, skills and care made each meal appealing to our eyes and palate. The breakfast, lunch, dinners, appetizers and desserts were all complex. We still are amazed how you did & do it all yourself!! DELICIOUS! You’re a great first mate too!

Liam and Maria you make an outstanding team we couldn’t imagine taking a boat rip with any another Captain, Mate/Chef! The combination of your hard work, warmth, and dedication was present every day. You both created a wonderful environment for our family to have & hold precious memories forever. We are so grateful to Ryan and Julia for an unforgettable week aboard Allegra! 

Six day aboard Allegra in the BVI felt less like a vacation and more like discovering a hidden world, thanks to the extraordinary team of Captain Ryan and Chef Julia. From the moment we stepped aboard, Julia spoiled the seven of us with thoughtful, beautifully presented meals that somehow delivered high-end restaurant-quality food from the tiniest galley while Ryan guided us with such calm, attentive care that we always felt completely looked after. 

Ryan’s instinct for finding secluded caves, quiet bays, and stretches of untouched sand made it feel as though we had the Caribbean entirely to ourselves, and every moment - from incredible snorkeling to peaceful mornings anchored in glassy water felt curated without ever feeling forced. 

Together, Ryan and Julia created an experience that was seamless, joyful, peaceful, and far beyond anything we expected, turning a beautiful journey into something unforgettable. We couldn’t have asked for a better team and better week. We will be talking about this week for years to come.

What an extraordinary experience you have given us this week. THANK YOU. You carefully thought out each anchorage to be peacefully quiet, magically turquoise, green & blue and fabulously full of fishies for us, as we snorkelled around hours on end. Julia, your meals spoiled us daily! Bodies by Julia -> fresh, homemade, delicious and keep us very full. Bravo Zulu to you both. Thank you for putting up with my slow eating habits - I was taking in all the tasty flavours. Oh and fantastic wine selection… Yum, Yum, Yum! 

I think I can speak for all the Manny Boys & Caroline by saying we had an awesome time!

Coming from a monohull yacht broker, the catamaran experience is one not to pass up. I pray we will be back again soon - until then, I bid you adieu - Fair Winds!

We can honestly say this has been among our favourite vacations of our lives! I have never really unplugged and relaxed the way I did this week & Barb said the same. You guys create a relaxed and joyful vibe that makes it easy to embrace! 5 Stars! The only thing better than the spectacular views was the 2 person crew. Captain Ryan is the full package. Always in control, I felt safe and secure. He’s so knowledgeable but more importantly personable at the same time. Chef Julia prepared some of the best dishes I’ve ever had the pleasure of eating. She’s truly gifted. For the rest of our sailing days we will seek out Captain Ryan and hope we have the opportunity to travel under his watch again.

I believed 7 days in the Virgin Islands! I expected some fun with friend cruising the Virgin Islands but will leave with memories of chef Julia’s amazing meals and presentation at each settting. The week started with half our charter getting delayed by their flight, but Captain Ryan assured us the week would still be amazing and adjusted his itinerary accordingly.
