Food is the way to everybody’s heart and we have put together an example menu. Kun Gael our cook/hostess is able to cook up to three meals a day and will keep you smiling with canapes/cocktails and snacks too.

Please note that once you have sailed away from base depending on your route it can sometimes be hard to find all ingredients. Some items on the menu depend on your route & what is stocked in the supermarkets.

2023 Oct Fantastic 1 week trip on Blue Moon

We sailed for a week out of Phuket on Blue moon. Four couples with captain Yim Nong our chef and mi mi crewing. We had the most wonderful time with absolutely no negatives at all. Captain Yim was the perfect skipper Nong provided us with stunning meals all week. The only complaint of that is we will all be hitting the gym on our return to the uk to get off the excess weight !! Would highly recommend to anyone.

Amazing week in Andaman Sea

Blue Moon is fantastic boat to spend a week exploring the Andaman Sea and famous islands. Captain Harb was extremely knowledgeable of the waters and prevailing conditions. Nong cooked delicious local dishes and catered for our needs. The tender took us to shore to see the sights and attractions. The kids loved jumping off the boat and playing on the SUP and sea kayak. Simpson Yacht Charter provided a first rate service. An amazing experience for our family. Highly recommend.

2019 NY Charter (8 days, Phuket to Phuket)

The boat condition was immaculate, the captain very proactive and hard-working, the cooking was better than we expected (as we didn't ask for a chef), overall we very much enjoyed the trip. Hopefully we can do another trip like that again in the future.

Exploring Phuket on a yacht

We’re all back home in Calgary now, it was a great vacation all around. After we left your yacht we were in Koh Tao for a few days, up to Chiang Mai, and finished off in Bangkok. Kids all loved everything about Thailand, when I asked them what the best memory was, it was hands down the time on your yacht. We LOVED our time on Blue Moon, we’d come back again. Fabulous experience!

Enjoy Blue Moon with Rendez-vous Dive

It's my first time chartering and the trip aboard Blue Moon was lovely!
Especially the Rendez-vous dive arranged. We cruised to the diving spots with the yacht and used her as our dive base for breaks. This the most luxurious diving experience we had!

Charter around Phuket

We are happy to return with a charter holiday with the operator and this time we spent a week on board of Blue Moon, a brand new Lagoon 52 in January 2018 with five friends.

Everything was perfect, from the cruise preparation by the base team to the arrival road transport and all the way till the end of the charter cruise.

The boat was perfectly prepared and equipped by the operation team, with specially made Blue Moon products. The food was excellent with a mix of Thai and western food and the staff on board were very professional and friendly.

Additionally, the skipper even show us some rare places near Kho Lanta, with the very convenient tender, adding much joy to our holiday.

It was our first journey on board of Blue Moon and certainly not the last.

Captain: Iskander Ahmad Chey (Captain Yim)
Formerly a first mate working on freight ships, Captain Yim converted to pleasure yachting to be more involved with people. His warm smile and friendly charisma make even the most restless of people slow down and relax.
Born into a fishing family and growing up in Krabi, which is just a few hours drive from Phuket, Capitan Yim has grown up in and around the waters of Phuket, making him the perfect skipper for your crewed charter holiday around the Andaman Sea area.



Chef: Thitikarn Sawaswong (Chef Nong)
Working previously at one of Phuket’s favorite boutique restaurant chain’s “Wine Connection”, Chef Nong is one of the most trusted chef/stewardesses in the area with a wealth of experience and a keen eye for detail. Chef Non is a favourite with the yacht owner among all other chefs that worked aboard BLUE MOON before and she will surely impress you with her wonderful culinary skills.
