Bertie and Teresa made a real genuine effort to give us an incredible week of adventure, we encountered unusually strong winds and rough seas but always felt safe under Captain Bertie's care. It was a privilege to spend a week with Bertie and Teresa in their home. Teresa went above and beyond to accommodate our special diet and the food was five star gourmet quality!.

Bertie and Teresa, this has been an amazing experience, we have had a wonderful time. Your hospitality and kindness has been so appreciated. Bertie and Teresa, spending a week in the BVI was going to be special and beautiful no matter what, but having the privalege of sailing with you as our hosts was a once in a lifetime experience. We can't thank you enough for making us feel so at home all week long. The food was exceptional and getting Ardbeg was over the top. Being able to play Mexican trainn with you was a highlight and made us feel right at home. Just an amazing, beautiful, extraordinary week!. Can't wait to come back and bring a few friends with us.

Dear Bertie and Teresa, thank you for an absolutly amazinng trip. It was exactly the fun, relaxing family time we were craving and needed. We loved our adventures in the BVI. The smallest island at the bight where we saw water on both sides was a hoot!!. Thank you for your warm and wonderful hospitality and opening your home to us. The food was outstanding. The company more so. You made us feel like family and created the perfect balance. We will be back soon.

A vacation that tops the list for many reasons. Hospitality that met every standard and beyond what I could had expected. Meals were perfect - and thank you for being so accommodating to my dietary needs and exceptional timing on cocktails hours!! The swimming-snorkeling-videoing of us underwater - the experience never ended. And.. I feel we left as friends as you were so welcoming.

I think I can easily say that this vacation gets to the very top of my list! The absolute relaxation and pampering with exceptional meals, snorkeling everyday and constant laughter means I left feeling well fed, rested and grateful to have met you and to have spent time with friends.

We had planned this special getaway ages ago. But after 5 years....it finally came together then we got the call just a week before that our crew had to fly home due to an emergency. How lucky we were that you were available. We are so grateful and happy that we got to meet you two. We loved listening to your stories, your adventures adn all this while you took such amazing care of us. The meals were outstanding, the ports, the stops, the snorkeling - everything was so much fun. What a wonderful time we had exploring the secluded bays of the USVI with you both. I loved my morning swims, which were clearly needed due to all the yummy food and the drinks. The weather was amazing and so was the snorkeling - we saw loads of sea creatures. The best parts were all the locations we visited and the people we were with. It was one of the best experiences I have ever had! This is a place I need to come back to.

Words can't describe what a fantastic vacation this was for our family. The laughter, smiles and adventure will be memories for a lifetime. The food was outstanding. I'm not sure I have ever seen Tray and Josie eat that much. They loved every bite, as did we. Thank you so much for your hospitality - the Capt Pain Killers were the best around. Unlike most guest visits, mine was not booked and planned months in advance, but rather a last minute lucky escape from winter in Auckland. That meant that I had no time to Google what to expect or even save my most instagrammable spots and shots. I had to say out loud the locations visited every day for it to sink in... I still can't believe i am in breathtaking Maho - writing this review. From the friendly greetings at the dock, to the friendly wake-up chats every morning, to the late night tequilas on the deck - your hospitality and non stop positive energy was pure magic!! Thanks for taking me to all the Caribbean hotspots and thanks for ensuring that I turn my side angles and suck in my tummy when taking my exotic pics for the gram - lovely Hettie. Thanks you for 5 spectacular days of adventure. We will forever be grateful for the experiences we had. Loved the snorkeling in Mahoe, the Indians and the quiet cove on our last night. The Baths were incredible with the beautiful caves and Devil's Cove. Pirate's Bight will always be memorable with Willie T's. The two of you are the most gracious, wonderful hosts. Our experience was indescribable. From the moment we were picked up at the dock, our welcome was so warm and friendly. Everything was so laid back, the food was amazing and like nothing we have tried before. All of the places we went were spectacular and some of the most beautiful we have ever seen. The trips that mean the most are the ones you spend giving and taking knowledge. Gerrie and Hettie did just that. We now know the true meaning of "woman" - a wonderful captain & chef. Our expectations were far exceeded this past week on Beyond Stardust. Gerrie & Hettie were the best hosts and adapted to our desires of the day - which typically included relaxing, snorkeling and hanging on the beach. The food was phenomenal and we did not feel hungry when leaving the boat. Night time included games and wonderful stories told by Gerie & Hettie. This week on Beyond Stardust exceeded our expectations. Captain Gerry quickly changed our itinerary once he realised how much we loved swimming & snorkeling. So many great spots...all so different and unique. We really liked hearing the history of the area and absolutely loved getting to meet the famous Mr Foxy. He was quite a character. And Hettie a beautiful, kind, sweet & funny lady. Her meals were so tasty and we enjoyed tasting some South African dishes. My family had an amazing time aboard Beyond Stardust. The husband and wife team, Gerrie & Hettie, exceeded our expectations and are passionate about sailing. Wonderful! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Our hosts, Gerrie and Hettie, were absolutely wonderful. Staying with them on the yacht was comfortable and so much fun. What a wonderful time! We booked 7 all inclusive sailing days which were so adventurous and relaxing. We were able to explore multiple islands and watch the sunset from a different location almost every night. We snorkelled in multiple locations and also learned quite a bit about the art of sailing. We felt very safe and comfortable in their care. Not only are they incredible sailors, they are also extremely friendly and open minded. By the end of the week it felt like saying goodbye to family.
