We absolutely LOVED everything about our experience from the initial communication, sending literally all the details to help us make an educated decision on the 60th bday celebration trip we wanted to have up until the day before we left…they go above and beyond to ensure you have all the details you need; quickly responding; and quite honestly, just excited for our travel group…

Then when we arrived in Tortola and saw our boat…WOW!! Gorgeous; big; so many spots to “hang/chill/sun”; greeted by Capt Adriana and Chef Daryl….not even sure where to begin w/ the both of them!!!!

They are top notch…Adi is just adorable, engaging, knows her stuff and made our trip beyond magical…Chef Daryls food was off the charts delicious!!!! They made the trip so enjoyable by taking us where we wanted to go and always accommodating our needs…took them out to dinner with our group of 8 to the Lobster Trap, so that they would be able to enjoy an evening off the boat with us….

It was truly a trip of a life time and worth the money!!!! We literally can’t wait to go again…and based off of peoples responses to my stories, I have shared that this was the way to go!!!

This journey has been a dream from start to finish. We are so thankful for the warm care and attention from Captain Adriana and Chef Martin—everything was absolutely delicious. Every detail was thoughtfully cared for, from the bathrobes in the evening and the lavender pads in the laundry basket, to the toothpaste and the goggles.

We swam with nurse sharks, barracudas, turtles, and saw beautiful coral fans. We tried the e-foil and the floating mat, played President and Piau Piou for hours, and enjoyed so much incredible food.

Our entire family is grateful for these memories—we will cherish them forever.

Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Captain Adriana Vega has spent much of her life on and around the water. Her passion for sailing blossomed in her twenties when her father purchased his first cruising sailboat, giving her the opportunity to explore some of the Caribbean’s most beautiful sailing destinations.

Before pursuing life at sea, Adriana earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree while attending college in Florida. During that time, she also worked in the service industry, where she developed a genuine passion for hospitality and entertaining.

By combining her love of the ocean with her guest-focused approach, Adriana found her calling as a charter captain. Her determination, professionalism, and warm personality have helped her build a successful career creating memorable experiences throughout the Caribbean. She takes pride in helping guests discover the beauty, culture, and adventure that make the islands so special.

Originally from the heart of the Midwest, Chef Samantha Fischer grew up surrounded by the warmth, generosity, and hospitality of her mother and grandmothers. What began as a love for baking cupcakes for friends soon developed into a true calling, inspiring her to compete in culinary competitions and pursue formal culinary training.

During culinary school, Samantha immersed herself in a wide range of studies, including global cuisines, advanced French techniques, sustainable cooking practices, baking, and pastry. This diverse foundation continues to shape her approach in the galley, combining creativity, precision, and a deep respect for flavor and presentation.

With more than a decade of experience in the restaurant industry, Samantha has crafted everything from elegant multi-course tasting menus in upscale steakhouses to show-stopping desserts in high-end bakeries. Her culinary background brings together artistry, technical skill, and a genuine love of creating memorable dining experiences.

Seeking a new adventure, Samantha took her talents to the sea, sailing and cooking in destinations including Turkey, Croatia, and the British Virgin Islands.
