Originally from South Africa, Rico has had a passion for boating and life on the water from a young age. That early connection naturally developed into a professional yachting career, taking him across the Atlantic and throughout the Caribbean, where he has built extensive experience operating sailing catamarans in both private and luxury charter environments.

As a commercially endorsed RYA yachtmaster, Captain Rico believes the best experiences come from finding the right balance between adventure, relaxation and exceptional service. He enjoys creating personalized itineraries, introducing guests to the Caribbean’s best anchorages and hidden spots, and making every trip feel effortless while maintaining a strong focus on safety and professionalism behind the scenes.

Approachable, energetic and naturally hands-on, Rico enjoys diving, watersports and exploring the islands whenever he is on the water. He takes pride in creating a relaxed atmosphere onboard while ensuring the yacht, crew and guest experience are always maintained to a high standard.

Originally from Mexico, Marisol is happiest when life revolves around the ocean. A passionate freediver and water lover, she brings a warm, creative energy onboard and loves making every trip feel special.

With experience as both a stewardess and chef aboard private and charter yachts, she enjoys creating beautiful meals, thoughtful little details, and memorable experiences for guests. Her culinary training spans Mexico and The Bahamas, with a particular love for fresh, colorful food and, of course, Mexican flavors.

When she’s not in the galley, you’ll probably find her underwater, trying a new watersport, exploring a hidden beach, or capturing the adventure behind a camera. For Marisol, the best days are the ones spent on, in, or somewhere very close to the sea.
