He enjoys tailoring each itinerary to guests’ preferences—whether that’s island hopping, quiet anchorages, or scenic cruising. With a strong technical background, Captain Raul keeps the yacht running flawlessly, allowing guests to simply relax and enjoy the experience.

Fluent in English and Spanish, he enjoys connecting with guests from around the world. When he’s not on the bridge, you’ll likely find him sailing, snorkeling, diving, or discovering new island spots to share with guests.

Captain Raul’s easygoing style and attention to detail help create a charter experience that feels luxurious, relaxed, and personal.

Vincent Masetto

Vincent is a highly motivated and hands-on yacht chef with solid experience on charter and private yachts from 60’ to 136’. He has worked extensively throughout the Mediterranean and Caribbean, completing four Atlantic crossings, and thrives in fast-paced charter environments where flexibility and consistency are essential.

He creates fresh, vibrant menus inspired by Mediterranean and international cuisine, with a strong focus on seafood, refined presentation, and homemade desserts. Trained as both a Chef and Pastry Chef, Vincent enjoys elevating every meal while adapting quickly to guest preferences, special diets, and last-minute requests.

Vincent is proactive in the galley, maintaining excellent organization, provisioning efficiently, and managing hygiene to the highest standards. He works seamlessly within small crew teams on catamarans and larger motor yachts, always contributing positively to onboard morale. Guest satisfaction is his priority, and he consistently delivers smooth service and memorable dining experiences.

With professional experience working aboard both private and charter yachts, she has developed a strong foundation in service, housekeeping, and guest care—always ensuring a spotless interior and a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere onboard.

Candela is a motivated and hands-on Deckhand with strong experience in deck operations, watchkeeping, tender handling, water toys, and vessel maintenance. She brings a proactive attitude, excellent safety awareness, and a commitment to keeping the yacht in top condition. Her background across hospitality, guest services, and logistics, combined with skills in cooking, first aid, and even professional hairstyling, makes her a versatile, reliable crew member who supports both the team and guest experience. Known for her positive energy, fast learning, and problem-solving mindset, Candela is a team player who adapts quickly and always gives her best on board.
