With a seafaring career spanning over two decades, he has been working as a Captain since 2008, demonstrating exceptional leadership and navigational skills. His deep knowledge of the sea and the Greek islands, combined with a strong commitment to safety and guest satisfaction, ensures a smooth and enjoyable yachting experience. Fluent in both Greek and English, Captain Vasilis effortlessly communicates with international guests and crew, fostering a welcoming and professional environment on board. His passion for the ocean and dedication to excellence make him a valued leader on Sahana.


Chef: Elena Dalakoura

Elena is the vibrant Chef on board Sahana. With years of experience in fast-paced kitchens across Athens, Mykonos, Santorini, Spain, and Dubai, she knows exactly how to turn a holiday into a full sensory experience. Calm under pressure and always smiling in the galley, Elena works effortlessly with the crew to ensure guests enjoy relaxed, seamless dining from breakfast through sunset dinners. She takes pride in immaculate hygiene, an organized workspace, and expertly handling a wide range of professional kitchen equipment, all while delivering dishes right on time.
