Chef Dorian brings over 15 years of experience from Croatian restaurants, fine bistros, and Michelin-starred establishments, where he worked alongside some of the country’s most renowned chefs. After moving to the intimate setting of luxury catamarans and high-end villas, he focused on providing a deeply personal culinary experience.
Because he enjoys direct contact with his guests, Dorian specializes in a "menu in the moment" approach. His dishes are intuitively created based on your personal tastes and the finest local ingredients available each day. By sourcing from local markets and foraging along the coast, he ensures that every meal is a genuine reflection of the region and your journey.
