Chef: Panagiotis Antoniadis (Greek)
Panagiotis Antoniadis is an experienced Executive Chef from Piraeus, Greece, with over 10 years of professional experience in high-level kitchens, luxury hospitality and yachting. He specializes in Mediterranean and fine dining cuisine, focusing on authentic flavors, fresh ingredients and high-quality presentation. He has developed strong expertise in menu planning, kitchen organization, food preparation, hygiene and safety standards, as well as team coordination and cost management. Known for his consistency, creativity and attention to detail, he delivers high culinary standards in both private and charter environments. His professional background includes Executive Chef positions onboard MYTHOS G where he was responsible for menu design, provisioning, storage management, meal preparation for crew and guests and maintaining strict hygiene and safety procedures, as well as adapting quickly to changing guest requests and onboard requirements. He has also worked as Executive Chef at Hotel Grace in Mykonos, gaining strong experience in hotel kitchen operations, team management and gourmet Mediterranean cuisine execution.

Stewardess: Morgan Sloane (Spanish)
Morgan is an experienced hospitality and sailing professional with over 10 years of background in luxury service, fine dining and guest relations, combined with practical sailing and hands-on deck experience on sailing yachts.
She has worked in high-end hospitality environments across Australia and internationally, including hotel management, fine dining restaurants and VIP guest services. She is highly experienced in team leadership, table styling and themed events, staff training, housekeeping standards, wine pairing, cocktail service and delivering consistently high levels of guest satisfaction in fast-paced luxury environments.
Alongside her hospitality career, she is also a confident and practical sailor, having owned and operated sailing yachts and gained hands-on experience with navigation, docking, line handling, rigging support and general deck maintenance. She has assisted with mast work and rigging tasks, demonstrating strong awareness of safety, heights and onboard procedures.
She holds STCW Basic Safety Training, an ENG1 Medical Certificate and Food Safety & Hygiene certification.

Stewardess: Dionisia Karamaroudi (Greek)
Dionisia is born in Athens, Greece, and is a qualified Physiotherapist and certified Pilates Instructor with strong experience in rehabilitation, sports therapy and wellness training. She holds both a BSc and MSc in Physical Therapy and has worked with athletes, clinical patients and private clients, focusing on injury prevention, recovery and performance improvement.
Alongside her medical background, she has solid hospitality experience as a Food & Beverage Manager, where she developed strong customer service, teamwork and communication skills in fast-paced environments.
She is also expanding into the yachting industry as a Stewardess, bringing her professionalism, attention to detail and guest-focused attitude to onboard service. Responsible, adaptable and calm under pressure, she is committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, comfort and guest satisfaction.

Deckhand: Ioannis (Giannis) Kanakis (Greek)
Giannis is a hardworking and motivated marine engineering professional with experience onboard LNG vessels and in shipyard operations. Reliable, adaptable and safety-focused, he has strong technical knowledge in engine room operations, machinery maintenance and vessel systems.
His experience includes working as 3rd Engineer with Maran Gas Maritime, where he supported the safe and efficient operation of machinery onboard LNG carriers. He also worked as a Machinery Technician in Greek shipyards, carrying out repairs and maintenance on vessels and yachts.
With a strong work ethic and passion for the maritime industry, Ioannis works well both independently and as part of a team. He is eager to continue growing within the yachting industry while contributing to high operational standards. He speaks English, Spanish and Greek.


Deckhand: Neil Anthony (Canadian)
Neil is a Canadian hospitality professional with a strong background in fine dining service, venue management and hands-on sailing experience. With over a decade of customer service experience, he combines professionalism, adaptability and a guest-focused attitude with a genuine passion for the yachting industry.
His experience includes brewery and hospitality management in Canada, fine dining service in Australia and operating private sailing vessels in Canada and Mexico, where he gained practical skills in vessel handling, maintenance, docking, anchoring and onboard systems.
Neil holds a Diploma in Tourism Marketing & Product Development, along with STCW Basic Safety Training, ENG1 Medical Certification, PADI Open Water Diver certification and the Ontario Pleasure Craft License. Reliable, hardworking and detail-oriented, he always maintains high standards of service and safety onboard. He speaks English.


Chase Boat Captain: Ioannis (Giannis) Boufis (Greek)
Giannis is an experienced and dedicated maritime professional with a strong background in commercial shipping, passenger vessels and yachting operations. Reliable, adaptable and safety-focused, he has extensive experience in navigation, deck operations and vessel management.
His experience includes working as Chief Officer and Second Officer with Maran Gas Maritime onboard LNG vessels, where he was responsible for navigation duties, safety procedures and daily deck operations. He has also worked as Captain and Master on ferries, sea taxis and private yachts, gaining valuable experience in passenger service and vessel handling.
With studies from the Merchant Marine Academy of Hydra and many years of sea experience, Giannis combines professionalism, leadership and strong communication skills. He speaks Greek and English.

Along with Captain Giannis, Ioannis Klozoris works as the chase boat deckhand, helping with daily yacht operations and transfers. He supports the team with safe and smooth handling at sea, making sure everything runs efficiently during trips.
