Goran Rogulj
Captain
---------------------------
Captain Goran is a skilled and enthusiastic captain with extensive experience in the yachting industry since 2010. Born in 1977, he is an electromechanical by profession, which helps him to apply his knowledge in ship maintenance effectively.
Even though he's a professional and silent person, he's very knowledgeable and can always advise on the best places to visit.
Before falling in love with Gulets, he worked as a sailboat skipper and went shell diving. Diving remained one of his favourite hobbies, and he occasionally engages in sport fishing. Goran is fluent in Croatian and English. During his free time, the Captain can often be seen racing the ski slopes, enjoying his second love - skiing.

Stipe Bajan
1st Officer
--------------------------
Born in 2001, Stipe completed his education at a technical traffic school. During his summer breaks, he often helped clean sailboats, which sparked his interest in life at sea.
In 2019, encouraged by his father, he began a new chapter by joining the crew of a gulet as a sailor. Stipe is responsible for a range of tasks that ensure the smooth operation of the vessel, as well as the safety and comfort of guests on board.
He is fluent in both Croatian and English, and truly enjoys engaging with guests—listening to their stories and learning about their cultures, customs, and languages.
In his free time, Stipe enjoys unwinding and exploring new places, often escaping to the mountains for a well-deserved break.

Tomislav Elez
2nd Officer/Stew
--------------------------
Queen of Adriatic is proud to have Tomislav Elez—better known as Tomo—on board, bringing a warm spirit and diverse experience to the crew. Born on November 29, 1990, Tomo entered the maritime world in 2025, having previously worked in hospitality and construction, which instilled in him a strong work ethic and a knack for making guests feel at ease.
Fluent in English, German, Italian, and Spanish, Tomo enjoys meeting new people and engaging in conversations with guests from diverse backgrounds. His approachable personality and ability to connect create a welcoming atmosphere on every journey.
Outside of work, Tomo is passionate about fitness and theology, often spending his winters between his local church and enjoying the quiet countryside life. His unique mix of interests and positive attitude make him a valued member of the Queen of Adriatic crew, ensuring every guest feels part of something special.

Danijel Frundt
Chef
--------------------------
The gulet crew wouldn’t be complete without Danijel, a versatile chef, waiter, and sailor who brings both skill and warmth to every journey. Born in 1994, Danijel built his strong culinary foundation at a catering and cooking school before honing his craft in restaurants across Split, Zagreb, and even Belgium. Fluent in English and German, with a working knowledge of French, he effortlessly connects with guests from around the world.
Danijel joined the gulet crew in 2021 and quickly became known for his approachable personality and his ability to create memorable moments on board. His cooking reflects his passion for the sea—fresh, authentic Mediterranean flavours, especially seafood dishes, prepared with care and creativity.
When he’s not on the water, Danijel works as a chef in Zagreb during the winter months, further sharpening his skills. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, relaxing on the water, and visiting electronic music festivals. His diverse talents and easygoing nature make every guest feel at home.
