With 33 years of experience in the yachting industry, out of which nine years as a captain of Private and Charter yachts, Zdravko is a multi-tasks and an extremely accomplished navigator. He started his career working for a charter company in Croatia, then as a sailor and Master of a patrol ship in the Maritime Police, followed by a refit surveyor’s position in a shipyard and finally as an instructor in a maritime training centre before taking the helm of a 20m yacht in 2013. Zdravko is a perfectionist with strong leadership skills, making sure that the organisation and maintenance of the yacht meets the highest standards.
