Aleksandra Hurd, a founder of All Inclusive Charters, has been immersed in the yachting industry for over 10 years now. Having dreamt about sailing the world, she quit conventional life and embarked on a journey that eventually brought her to the Caribbean. With approximately 20,000 nautical miles under her belt and a diverse range of roles, she has gained hands-on experience with various types of yachts.

We know yachts, crews and destinations. We’ve got access to the most up to date calendars, schedules and can work with the yacht owners on any special requests. We will match you with the boat and the crew that is perfect for your needs and desires, and will navigate you through the entire booking process hassle – free.
There is NO COST for a client associated with using charter yacht broker services. Brokers are paid by the yacht owners and yachts always offer the same price whether you book through the broker or, if the yacht accepts such bookings, directly. Using a yacht broker ensures that you get the professional service and unbiased advice.
Some yachts tend to book out well in advance (up to 1 year), especially for the more popular dates, such as Christmas, NYE or Spring Break. If you have availability for the spontaneous trip, sometimes yachts offer last – minute specials. We suggest reserving at least a few months ahead of your planned vacation for a smooth, dream like getaway.
All In Charters puts a complimentary hold for your chosen dates, to ensures that nobody else reserves the yacht while we are finalizing the booking. Following this, we will prepare a contract outlining the booking details and require your deposit. Once the yacht owner countersigns the contract, you can finalize your travel arrangements.
To book a charter, a 50% deposit is required. The remaining 50% is due 60 days before the charter begins (for charters 6 months away some yachts accept 25% deposit, followed by another 25% at the 6-month mark). Your funds are securely held in escrow until just before your charter begins, when the yacht is paid.
If you need to cancel your charter, please note that all payments are non – refundable. However, if the yacht successfully books another charter for the same dates, there’s a possibility of a partial refund. In certain situations, you may have the option to choose a future date, and your deposit can be retained for that booking.
The all inclusive charter in the Caribbean includes: yacht rental, service of professional crew of at least 2 (captain and private chef), all food and beverage based on your preferences, fuel, insurance for vessels and crew, and water toys. The charter fee for the yachts in the Mediterranean and for some large motor yachts covers only the boat rental with the crew and comes with additional expenses (APA) for the food, fuel etc. (usually around 30% of the charter fee).
The all inclusive yacht charter fee does not include: crew gratuity, transportation to the yacht (airfare, taxis, etc.), premium liquors and extensive alcohol consumption (ship’s bar varies depending on the yacht), onshore expenses (drinks, dining, tours, entrance fees etc.), optional dockage (unless otherwise specified in the contract), additional watersports (not offered by the yacht), such as diving, sport fishing, kite – surfing, etc.
The standard gratuity on charters in the Caribbean is 15 – 20% of the total charter fee (solely based on charterer’s discretion), and min 10% in the Med. The crew serves as the cornerstone of a successful charter experience and is dedicated to ensuring you have a wonderful vacation. They begin preparations based on your preferences way before the charter starts and are available 24/7 during the charter. Most crews accept cash, check, PayPal, Venmo, or wire transfer.
The minimum number of nights per charter depends on the location. In the Caribbean, in general most yachts have a minimum of 4 nights. In the Mediterranean during high season, most yachts have a min. charter duration of one week, typically from Friday to Friday, Saturday to Saturday, or Sunday to Sunday. However, depending of yachts’ availability the minimum charter length is open to negotiation, so let us know about your requirements.
Yes, the number of guests allowed on charter yachts varies based on the size of the boat. For all boats available on our website, there is a specified capacity indicating the max. number of guests, with most offering accommodations for 4 – 10 guests. It is also important to consider the group dynamics, such as whether the group consists of couples or includes children. Understanding the dynamics helps us recommending the most suitable yachts, taking into account the type and number of beds required.
On all-inclusive charters, you can expect a variety of amenities like snorkel gear, paddleboards, kayaks, and fishing gear. If you opt for more luxurious experience, premium yachts offer extras such as scuba gear, seabobs, and towables. Motor yachts and some larger cats may also include jacuzzis, jetskis, and slides for added excitement. Our trip was a bucket list trip. Captain Lee, Margi, Reece and Chef Ed were top notch! We were well taken care of with our dives, islands, hikes and truly any request we had. The food was so yummy with my favorite (always a dessert) the Lemon Confit and the Lava Cake. Captain Lee was fun, a fabulous captain and truly a servant heart in that he was willing to do any job at any moment to make the trip great. Reece and Margi were incredible dive instructors! They had great instruction and assistance. Margi kept me calm being newer to diving, so it made each dive more exciting than the next! This team worked like any great team--seamless, eager to please, and with excellence. I would do this again and again with them!
We booked with Alex for our 60th birthday celebration. She helped us decide which boat to go on. We picked the Zingara. We are big scuba divers. The Crew was amazing as well as the diving. We felt very spoiled as everyone of our needs were met. We had 5 couples total and everyone agreed best trip ever. I can't recommend the Zingara enough and the boat itself is beautiful.

We had a magnificent time. The food was delicious- truly thoughtful, intentional meals- all with fresh ingredients and tasty seasonings. The crew was very attentive in every way, not the least of which was having tasty cocktails and wine offered up at all the right times 🙂
The itinerary they suggested was perfect for our family and gave us the opportunity to see many beautiful settings. The kids loved the SeaBob, and we all enjoyed snorkeling. Juan accommodated the kids' every wish to wakeboarding, kneeboarding, and tubing. He was also so kind to teach our youngest son about fishing gear as they cast a line on our way to St. Barth’s. And Rochi could not have been more kind and doting on all of us- she even let our 9-year-old daughter help her make a delicious chocolate mousse for one of our desserts!
Finally, the boat was beautiful and immaculate. Juan and Rochi kept all of the spaces very clean and organized. All of our wants and needs were taken care of perfectly, and we had the most wonderful trip! We would recommend All-Inclusive Charters, Andiamo, Juan, and Rochi to anyone looking for a fantastic charter experience.
