W-W-W-WOW – Totally amazed at God’s glorious creation of Greece! We had a beautiful time seeing so many pretty islands, getting to know the people of Greece and its history – so amazing! But the most special part of our trip was this yacht + its phenomenal crew! just fantastic. Kept us safe + we felt so secure with Captain! Our very very gifted chef– WOW! Every meal – over the top!! The best I’ve ever gotten to eat – no one can compete with her culinary skills!! The best! Then rest of crew were just so attentive to our every need – even before we knew we had a need! Just all of them so gifted in serving us! We are already planning on booking the Daiquiri in June of 2026 – we hope to have the same CREW!! Thank you for sharing your gorgeous yacht so that everyone who sails on her can have a vacation of a lifetime! BRAVO!

We had an unforgettable week sailing through the waters of Greece! From start to finish everything was simply perfect .The crew was incredibly kind and welcoming creating a warm and relaxed atmosphere!A special thanks to Chef for the absolutely fantastic food -every meal was a delight and prepared with so much love, while offered with great service and stunning routes from Captain! It was truly a dream week ,we will definitely come back !

I had the best time ever-thank you so much crew for the best trip ever!! We had an amazing week. Even though the weather was windy Captain's expertise saved the week and we had a fantastic vacation in beautiful spots around the Saronic, the service was exceptional, we were truly spoilt! Chef should win a prize with their amazing culinary skills! We tasted the most beautiful food and will miss them. It is very rare to find such happy crew. We would love to see you all next year!

Dear Daiquiri, we spend amazing 7 days around the beautiful Greece Islands. Our favourite dish: 2nd day fish and the lamb from the oven! The milk cake! Our compliments: To the Captain, Evan, perfectly route planning To the Cook, Dimitris, call us when you are in Germany To Chrissa: attentive,tidy, smile on boat To Bill: a.k.a Vasily cutiepie, the cutest even though we didn't catch a fish In general we can say, we spent relaxing, amazing days thanks to this amazing crew <3

A 5 star review for the Daiquiri and all the crew!!! Our 7 night stay this beautiful catamaran is an experience our family will cherish for a lifetime. From the moment we boarded everyone was welcoming, hospitable and polite. The service provided by Captain Evan and his crew was second to none. Chef Dimitris cooking was delicious & never failed to please. Chryssa's service throughout the day was impeccable and perfectly timed. Bill was always willing to help the children & change batteries for the scuba jet. Captain Evan's knowledge at the water vessel and islands was evident throughout our journey. The whole crew are brilliant & we cannot thank you enough for the experience. Thank you for being so caring! We will be sure to recommend Daiquiri to all our friends & family and we look forever to hopefully sailing with you again. YIASOU

Captain Yiannis Tzortzis
The captain of Daiquiri is Yiannis Tzortzis, also known as a captain with a pleasant character with over 30 years of sailing experience as part of his pure love for sea activities. He was born in Athens and he is a brilliant father of two lovely kids.
His high responsibility and natural talent to work under pressure are two powerful endorsements he gained from his successful career in Mechanical Engineering. For over the last 20 years, Yiannis has been working as a professional skipper in both sailing and motor yachts in the Mediterranean (Italy, Croatia, Greece in particular) and the Caribbean (Dominican Republic), is a RYA/MCA Yachtmaster.
Yiannis is passionate about the sea and sailing; a true sea lover with two mottos: “Safety first” & “an amazing charter for Yiannis is made of a strong team of 4 professionals who works as one to provide you an exceptional service”.
He is an excellent trainer in both sailing and water ski, really dedicated to serving his co-sailors every single day.The great experience of him, has given the convenience and the pleasure to sail with guests at the most amazing and secret spots of Greek & Mediterranean seas! Also, he is certified of «GMDSS/GO», «Medical Care», « Medical First Aid», «STCW/95 B. Safety Course», «Crowd & Crisis Management Ro/Ro Passengers», «Survival at Open Seas», «PADI Open Seas Scuba» and «IATA/UFTA F. Diploma».
In addition, he has been a pilot in cessna aircraft (172)
As a Captain, with his professional attitude and friendliness, he makes all the guest feel welcome to enjoy their sailing holiday of a lifetime!

Chef Emilia Sotiriou
Emilia has been a chef onboard catamarans and motor yachts since 2019 and won the 3rd place in Category A' chef competition 2022 at Mediterranean Yacht show.
Her culinary skills along with passion for travelling led her join the yachting industry. She is a hard working person with excellent customer service skills and takes pride in providing the best service to those onboard.
Her ability to create delightful menus according to individual preferences made her stand out to those who cruised with her.
Deckhand -Anagnostis Frangidis
Dedicated and experienced with over a decade in sailing, chartering & racing across various seas, including the Aegean, Ionian & Caribbean. Strong background in yacht management and customer relations. With extensive hands-on knowledge of modern commercial vessel operations & passionate about delivering exceptional experiences at sea through a human-centered approach.
Stewardess :Nefeli Iliopoulou
Nefeli is a highly professional and detail-oriented person who brings a refined blend of hospitality expertise and maritime readiness to the luxury yachting industry. With a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from The American College of Greece, Nefeli possesses a unique analytical background that complements her hands-on service skills, allowing her to anticipate guest needs and maintain a sophisticated onboard atmosphere.
She is a fluent communicator in Greek and English, with an upper-intermediate command of Spanish, making her an asset for diverse guest profiles. Dedicated to excellence and professional etiquette, Nefeli is committed to providing a seamless, high-end guest experience through proactive service and meticulous attention to detail.
