In 2014, Captain Manos transitioned to the yachting industry, where his passion for hospitality, adventure, and delivering exceptional guest experiences truly thrived. Fluent in Greek and English, Panagiotis not only crafts delectable dishes but also fosters a welcoming atmosphere with his exceptional customer service. His strengths lie in his team spirit, his ability to thrive under pressure, and adept problem-solving skills, ensuring seamless operations in the galley and beyond. With his dedication to culinary excellence and a passion for creating memorable dining experiences, Panagiotis is determined to elevate the gastronomic journey aboard Elysium to new heights.

Rosalyn is a service-driven and versatile stewardess with a rich background in both high-end hospitality and yachting. With over a decade of experience in fine dining restaurants and hotels—such as the Athens Marriott and Dorian Inn—as well as motor yachts up to 35 meters, Rosalyn brings warmth, precision, and adaptability to every guest experience on board. Her yachting roles include service and light galley support aboard M/Y Dream, M/Y Medora, and M/Y Mita, where she consistently impressed with her attention to detail, her calm under pressure, and her ability to anticipate guest needs before they arise. She has also worked as a private cook and understands the value of quality presentation and well-rounded service. Throughout his career, he has worked as a solo engineer on private luxury motor yachts and as a 2nd/3rd Engineer on marine passenger vessels, ensuring smooth operations, engine maintenance, and effective coordination of technical teams. Vasilis is committed to maintaining optimal performance on board, managing technical operations, troubleshooting, and repairs with precision. His strong leadership abilities and problem-solving approach enable him to tackle complex technical issues, ensuring a safe and seamless cruising experience for guests.
