Having been in the Yachting Industry for almost 30 years, Simone has a deep knowledge of the sailing areas: he is always delighted to show guests the bests spots of Mediterranean Coast. He believes that a strong, cohesive crew makes all the difference and ensures every aspect of maintaining and running a yacht is undertaken professionally and efficiently. Captain Simone holds the sailing and motor boats Nautical license without range limits and the Yachtmaster certificate. With his proven knowledge and experience, Simone is sure to lead guests on a custom-tailored experience during which they will be treated with the utmost care and hospitality.
Italian mothertongue, he speaks a good level of English.

Eva is is looking forward to offering her exceptional service to guests aboard Fast and is eager to continuously grow in the industry.
In her free time Eva loves travelling and reading.

Michele is an highly trained creative Chef.
Since very young, Michele started working in the Nautical field, combining his love for the sea with his passion for cooking.
He boasts an experience of over 30 years as Chef aboard private yachts.
Michele is fully dedicated to exceeding clients’ expectations and has a proven background in fine dining and Mediterranean cuisine, among its fish specialties, it’s worth tasting his grilled octopus accompanied by a green seasonal salad.
Specialized also in tasting pastries, Michele will make sure guests are always satisfied at the table on board Fast, from breakfast through to dinner.
Italian mothertongue, he speaks a basic level of English.

Manuel holds the Seafarer’s Book and the Nautical License valid for navigation within 12 nautical miles.
