Amazing experience! Aimilios our Captain went above and beyond to make our trip an unforgettable voyage. Petros our chef made every meal a delicious treat. I cannot recommend them enough. The boat was beautiful and very well maintained.

Our family of four had an amazing week of sailing with captain Aimilios and chef Juli. The captain offered options for islands to sail depending on the weather, winds, etc. which was great, allowed us to get to many islands, swimming in cute coves and sailing in the calm sea. Juli cooked amazing meals for us, custom to our preferences. Her vegetable dishes, salads and fish were sooo good! The yacht was very clean and spacious for us, plenty of space to relax on the upper or lower decks or right in front, chilling on the net. We had vacation of a lifetime, with amazing memories. Meet your crew

Aimilios Leilemidis is a professional Greek skipper with extensive experience in weekly charters and private cruises throughout Greece. He combines strong seamanship with an academic background in Maritime Studies, offering a structured, professional, and safety-oriented approach onboard.

Safety, smooth vessel operation, and clear communication with guests are always his top priorities. Through years of sailing in the Greek sea areas and conditions, Aimilios has developed the ability to remain calm under pressure, adapt quickly, and provide effective solutions when required. He has also participated in 2 international yacht transfers, one from France and one from Tunisia back to Greece. Aimilios is also a certified PADI Open Water Diver.

He has significant experience on sailing yachts and catamarans, as well as international yacht deliveries, demonstrating reliability, endurance, and excellent navigational skills. His technical knowledge allows him to actively support the proper maintenance and safe operation of the yacht during the charter.

Professional, friendly, and discreet, Aimilios enjoys working with guests from different cultures and takes pride in creating a relaxed, comfortable, and enjoyable atmosphere onboard.

In his free time, he enjoys running, traveling, music, and cinema.

His favorite food: A good steak!

Julie is a warm, dedicated, and highly experienced hostess and cook who brings a genuine sense of care and hospitality onboard. With over ten years of experience in both private and charter yachts, she creates a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere where guests instantly feel at home.
Originally from Athens, Julie began her career as a cook in the restaurant industry, developing a strong culinary background that she now combines seamlessly with her hospitality skills. Her calm personality, attention to detail, and natural kindness ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone onboard.
As a mother of two daughters, Julie brings a truly nurturing and thoughtful approach to her role. She takes pride in caring for guests in a genuine and personal way, always with a smile and positive energy.
Her cooking is inspired by traditional Greek home-style cuisine—the kind of food you would expect from a Greek mother’s kitchen. She focuses on fresh ingredients, comforting flavors, and authentic recipes that create a real connection with Greek culture. One of her favorite treats is chocolate pie, which she loves to prepare and share with guests.
In her free time, Julie enjoys watching sunsets by the sea, playing backgammon, and embracing the simple pleasures of life.
