Born and raised in Dubrovnik, Croatia. After completing her secondary education, she pursued her studies at the University of Zagreb, earning a Master's Degree in Marine conservation, sustainability and game management. From an early age, Ana developed a passion for the sea and boats, inspired by her coastal upbringing . With over a decade of experience in yachting industry, Ana is committed to gaining new knowledge and skills Highly motivated, hardworking, and enthusiastic, Ana brings a positive attitude to her work. She is fluent in English and possesses an intermediate understanding of German and Italian.

Matej Zovko, Deckhand
Croatian and fluent in English, Matej brings a solid maritime foundation and a calm, professional presence to SALT’s deck team for the 2026 season. Having completed his cadetship on commercial vessels, he is well-versed in deck operations, safety standards, and structured onboard routines. And teamwork.
